Cederquist represents pharmacy owners in connection with the sale of Apoteksgruppen to Euroapotheca UAB

The Swedish government has entered into an agreement with Euroapotheca UAB for the sale of the service organization within Apoteksgruppen, through a sale of Apoteksgruppen i Sverige Holding AB. In connection therewith, owners of 156 pharmacies within Apoteksgruppen have entered into an agreement regarding the sale of the pharmacies to Euroapotheca UAB. The sale of the pharmacies is, in addition to customary regulatory approvals, conditional upon completion of Euroaptheca UAB’s acquisition of Apoteksgruppen i Sverige Holding AB.
