Gernandt & Danielsson and Cederquist advise on the sale of KGH Customs

Bridgepoint Development Capital has acquired KGH Customs AB (publ) from Procuritas Capital Investors III and a number of minority shareholders Gernandt & Danielsson were legal advisors to the sellers and Cederquist assisted the buyer in the transaction.

KGH is the leading independent supplier of customs services in a fragmented European market. The KGH group has businesses in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Austria. In 2012, the group had revenues of approx. SEK 500 million and it has over 600 employees. The completion of the transaction is pending approval from the relevant competition authorities.

Gernandt & Danielssons’ team was led by managing partner Mats Hugoson, assisted by Monica Bodell (M&A), Katja Kulesch (M&A), Rolf Larsson (competition) and partner Mikael Borg (capital markets issues), assisted by Marcus Karner. Cederquist’s team consisted of Lars Bärnheim (managing partner, M&A) and Linnéa Sellström and Louise Danielson (M&A), Fredrik Lindblom and Sofia Bergmark (competition and compliance), Pernilla Ravemyr (property), Johan Lundberg and Berndt Pettersson (financing) and Magnus Lindstedt (capital market issues).
