Cederquist in venture capital transaction

Cederquist is representing Videoplaza AB as the company acquires USD 12 million in venture capital.  

Videoplaza, which was founded in 2007, is a market leader in its field of offering a joint advertising platform for media companies. Its Swedish customers include Kanal 5, TV4 and Aftonbladet. Videoplaza currently has some 50 employees around the world.

In the transaction - which is the company’s third venture capital transaction - Videoplaza is taking in USD 12 million from Innovacom and Qualcomm Ventures. The company’s current risk capital owners, Creandum och Northzone, are also participating in the transaction.

Videoplaza and its current majority shareholder are represented by Cederquist attorney Pontus Röckert.
