Cederquist represents Bisnode in divestment of Wer liefert was?

Bisnode has entered into an agreement to sell the German company Wer liefert Was? GmbH (including subsidiaries in Switzerland and Austria) to a company sponsored by The Paragon Fund I, a German private equity company. Wer liefert was? (WLW) is one of the leading B2B search engines on the internet for products and services in Europe's German speaking countries. The sales price amounts to EUR 79 million (SEK 710 million) and the enterprise value to EUR 55.5. The transaction is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2012.
