The purchaser of Orminge Centrum and Rotebro Handel is Revcap together with a local partner.
Keva, a Finnish pension institution, is together with a local partner, HEA fastigheter, the purchaser of Kvarteret Igor and Mittpunkten.
The total purchase price is based on an underlying property value of approximately SEK 1,280 million before deductions for deferred tax.
