Cederquist has advised Pradera European Retail Parks SCSp on the Swedish parts of its acquisition of 25 prime retail parks located next to IKEA stores

Cederquist has advised Pradera European Retail Parks SCSp, one of Europe’s leading specialist retail property fund and asset managers, on its acquisition of the Swedish retail parks included in a portfolio of 25 prime retail parks located next to IKEA stores in eight European countries. The portfolio of retail parks comprises around 500 units with a gross lettable area of around 538,000 sqm. The deal value amounted to MEUR 900 and Cederquist advised on Swedish Law.

Cederquist’s team consisted mainly of Partner Erika Åslund and associate Julia Nilsson.
