Cederquist has assisted Midstar Hotels in connection with its acquisition of a portfolio including five hotels

The seller is Strawberry Properties, which is owned by Petter Stordalen. 

Cederquist’s team consisted mainly of partner Louise Bjärgård and associates Julia Nilsson, Michela Westin, Pierre Olsson and Erik Orehall (transaction) and of partner Johan Lundberg, and associates Oskar Hjärpe and Marcus Hjort (financing).
