Cederquist represents Nordnet in connection with its acquisition of Netfonds Bank and Netfonds Livsforsikring

Netfonds was established in 1996 and was Norway’s first online broker. Today, the Netfonds group is one of the leading actors on the Norwegian market for online securities trading and has more than 80,000 registered customers in Norway and Sweden with a total of 17 billion NOK in savings capital.
