Cederquist adviser to Hemfosa in connection with bond issue and tender offer

The bonds are intended to be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. It is the first bond issue that is made under Hemfosa’s green framework. In parallel, Hemfosa has carried out a tender offer to holders of certain bond loans that were previously issued. Cederquist’s team consisted of Fredrik Lundén, Per Henriksson, Louise Génetay, Kajsa Morawetz and Emma Hammarlund.
