Cederquist represents Praktikertjänst in connection with the sale of Proliva

The Proliva group consists of 12 companies focused on specialized care: BB Stockholm, CityAkuten, Närsjukhusen i Västra Götaland, Närsjukvården Österlen, Praktikertjänst N.Ä.R.A., Praktikertjänst Psykiatri, Praktikertjänst Ryggkirurgi Strängnäs, Proliva Operationscentrum, Rehab Station Stockholm, Sollentuna specialistklinik, Stockholm Heart Center and Ultragyn. The Proliva group has a turnover of approximately SEK 2.6 billion and more than 2,400 employees. The transaction is conditional upon approval from the Swedish Competition Authority.

Cederquist’s M&A team has primarily consisted of Lars Bärnheim (Partner), Jessica Malhotra, Rakey Renström-Secka and Mikael Petersen. Competition and public procurement law matters have been handled by Fredrik Lindblom (Partner), Sanna Widén and Fanny Fernlöf.
