Cederquist advisor to MQ on its rights issue

The Board of MQ Holding AB has, subject to the approval by the Extraordinary General Meeting, decided on a fully guaranteed rights issue of shares of approximately SEK 250 million. MQ Holding is a well-established retailer within Swedish fashion whose shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 2010.
