Cederquist advisor to Manna & Co in connection with the acquisition of Lexington

Cederquist is legal advisor to Manna & Co Oy in connection with Manna & Co’s acquisition of shares in and subsequent mandatory public offer on The Lexington Company AB (publ). Lexington’s shares are listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

Cederquist has advised the Finnish fashion house Manna & Co in connection with Manna & Co’s acquisition of a majority stake in the Swedish lifestyle brand company Lexington, corresponding to approximately 68.1 percent of the shares and votes in Lexington, and the subsequent mandatory offer for the remaining shares in Lexington that was launched on 8 March 2022.

The offer values Lexington, based on all outstanding shares in the company, at approximately SEK 215 million.
